Acceptable Use Policy

Only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Get consent from identifiable people. The following content and uses are prohibited:

Pornography or other NSFW sexual content.
Violence, gore or graphic injury.
Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups.
Any child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material.
Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or false endorsements.
Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized music, characters and brands.

We screen the fixed generation prompt, manually review uploaded photos before generation, and manually review generated videos before delivery. We may reject orders, withhold or remove results, and suspend abusive access. We keep moderation decisions for audit. We do not run a public gallery.

Use the report control on your private order page or email support@hotellobbygenerator.com with the order ID and a description. We investigate reports, remove violating content and arrange support or refunds under our Refund Policy. Do not send private photos in public posts.
