Refund Policy

Each order is a one-time USD $5.99 purchase of a custom digital video. Because generation begins for an individually requested digital product, orders are generally non-refundable after purchase. If your delivered video is unsatisfactory, contact support@hotellobbygenerator.com with your order ID and the issue. We offer one complimentary regeneration for a new order.

If generation fails, contact support with your order ID. We will review the failure and arrange another generation attempt. If we cannot deliver, support will assess an appropriate resolution, including a refund where warranted. Support may also consider refunds in other individual circumstances. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer right required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are sent through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Orders placed before this policy update retain the earlier refund policy.
