Service

Hotel Lobby AI Generator is an independent AI video service. Upload two photos to request one 15-second, 720P studio-style video in portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) format. New videos are generated with Kie.ai Wan 3.0 using a licensed video and audio reference. AI results vary and may not perfectly preserve faces or movement. We are not affiliated with the original artists, recording or broadcast associated with the trend.

Price and delivery

Each order is a one-time USD $5.99 purchase through Waffo Pancake. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. There is no subscription. Generation starts after we verify payment and review the uploaded photos for safety. Your private order page shows status and, when ready, online playback and a download link. We also email that link to the address used at checkout. Media is available for 7 days after upload.

Your uploads

You must have rights to use uploaded photos and permission from identifiable people. Do not impersonate someone deceptively, upload illegal content or infringe others' rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject or remove content that breaches these rules.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every generation will succeed on the first attempt, or that an AI-generated video will accurately depict the uploaded subjects, be error-free, or be suitable for a particular purpose. Please review your video before sharing or relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not reduce the remedies promised in our Refund Policy or exclude any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Help

If generation fails or the result is unsatisfactory, contact support@hotellobbygenerator.com with your order ID. For new orders, an unsatisfactory delivered result may be regenerated once through support. Digital orders are generally non-refundable after purchase; support may consider exceptions, and your rights under applicable law remain intact. See our Refund Policy. Earlier orders retain the policy that applied when placed.
