Refund Policy for Earlier Orders

This policy applies to orders placed before the current refund policy. New orders follow the current Refund Policy.

Each video is a one-time USD $5.99 purchase. If generation fails, contact support@hotellobbygenerator.com with your order ID. Support will arrange further generation attempts until a result can be delivered. If we ultimately cannot deliver a video, we will issue a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a completed video, contact support with your order ID and describe the problem. You can request up to two free regenerations. If you remain unsatisfied after those two regenerations, you can request a full refund.

Approved refunds are sent through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. We may decline requests involving prohibited content or misuse, subject to applicable law.
